Todd
Kuhn can be considered the "sportsman of all seasons"
who is constantly in pursuit of the next trophy
- fin, fur, or feathers. From a very young age,
Todd could be found out on the lake or in the woods
pursuing his two passions - fishing and hunting.
Todd would stop at nothing to reach his lifetime
career goal of having a job that involved his love
for the outdoors.
After graduating from Vincennes University with
a degree in Conservation Law in 1988, Todd started
a contracting business in which he worked day and
night for many years while being unable to participate
in the fishing and hunting pursuits he was working
so hard for. In the end, Todd sold his interest
in that company, and several other successful real
estate and investment ventures later, Todd obtained
his lifetime goal.
Whether
it is hunting the mountains of New Mexico and Arizona
in pursuit of a monster Elk, fishing the back waters
of the Amazon River in pursuit of a 20 lb peacock
bass, crouched in a blind awaiting the next flock
of Mallards to decoy, or casting the bass factory
of Lake Huites in Mexico, Todd is continually in
pursuit of the next big trophy. As President of
Mexican Outdoor Adventures, Todd works to provide
clients with the ultimate fishing or hunting adventures
throughout the world and will only send a client
to a location that he would go to. If it is not
good enough for him, then it is definitely not good
enough for his client.
Todd is also a member of the Trophy Team -
a group of good ‘ole American guys who are
dedicated to providing the best of the best in bass
fishing adventures at their exclusive fishing lodge,
Trophy Bass Lodge, located on Lake Huites, in Sinaloa,
Mexico. The Trophy Team provides the finest in accommodations
for anyone who shares the Team's passion for
the pursuit of monster Bass. Todd is also co-host
of Bassin' Mexico, a television show dedicated
to the thrill and quest for the ultimate fishing
adventures throughout Mexico and South America.
Even
though Todd is an avid international sportsman,
his heart still remains close to home. Todd and
his wife Lorie live in Angola, Indiana. When springtime
arrives in Indiana, Todd spends every free moment
on the water and enjoys competing in tournaments
throughout many different bass fishing circuits.
When fall approaches, Todd can be found in the nearest
tree stand, along with his teenage son Kory, waiting
for that season's Whitetail Buck to walk by. As
the "sportsman of all seasons", Todd is more likely
to be outdoors pursuing his passions in the sun,
rain, cold, or snow than anywhere else.
Along with this passion, Todd strongly believes
in the respect of the outdoors that he loves, the
preservation of it for future generations to enjoy,
and the unity of others to make all things possible.
As a lifetime member of B.A.S.S., North American
Fishing, and North American Hunting and an active
member of Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited,
FLW Outdoors, International Game & Fish Association,
and the BPO Elks of the USA (Lodge #2398), Todd
proudly supports organizations that also believe
in these ideas.
